KIWI is a remote graduate program with special emphasis on earning a Master’s degree in Fine Arts, otherwise known as an MFA. Headquartered in Santa Barbara and 100% online, the KIWI program gives students looking to further their artistic careers the opportunity to either earn their MFA’s remotely for a decent price, or substitute it with valuable work experience in a three-year internship for free with our business partners.

 

The classes offered by KIWI focus strictly on the arts, with the following programs:

Though most of the classes in the KIWI graduate program can be done remotely, those classes which do require actual class work can be attended any one month out of the year, extending time enrolled.
Unlike most universities, with MFA’s offered anywhere between $30,000-$100,000, the remote graduate program allows students to complete their MFA’s for a cost of $60,000 with the option of using financial aid as they typically would with any school. What differentiates KIWI’s graduate program from any university though is that it provides the option of taking classes free through its extensive internship programs. Not only extensive, but remote, meaning you make your own schedule any time, anywhere,a big plus for anyone holding a full time job.

In substituting the cost of graduate classes with a three-year internship, Kiwi Online has partnered with a variety of businesses s to see that each student fulfills a year with each of them to complete the three-year program. Instead of getting paid for these internships, each student can pay for their tuition through thework they do for these businesses. They’ll have the option of a 40 hourwork week for one year to take care of $20,000 of their tuition, and the same goes for each additional internship. This means you can defer the total payment of $60,000 through work done for the three internships.
